This is my first entry on Sparkpeople. I've lost 20 pounds since May 17, and would like to lose another 30. I've lost the first 20 pounds by following the principles in the Beck Diet Solution by Judith Beck.
More specifically, I've (1) basically given up alcohol (2) exercised nearly every day (3) tracked my calories every day.
The Beck diet solution is a great book that helps you deal with your THINKING, and that has been very helpful in controling those "sabotaging thoughts". Is anyone else out there a Beck follower?
