I NEED MOTIVATION!

I work two jobs so I'm tired all the time and make excuses for not exercising. The only time I have to myself is the morning, which would be an excellent time to work out. However, my bed is soooooo comfortable I just can't get up. I hit the snooze button at least 3-4 times every day, which I know causes me to be even more tired. I use to work out in the mornings and absolutely loved it but I need something to motivate me.
I try to make myself a promise to get up and work out but it's always short-lived. Why is it that I never break promises to anyone but myself? It makes no sense!
