I work two jobs so I'm tired all the time and make excuses for not exercising. The only time I have to myself is the morning, which would be an excellent time to work out. However, my bed is soooooo comfortable I just can't get up. I hit the snooze button at least 3-4 times every day, which I know causes me to be even more tired. I use to work out in the mornings and absolutely loved it but I need something to motivate me.

I try to make myself a promise to get up and work out but it's always short-lived. Why is it that I never break promises to anyone but myself? It makes no sense!

Is there an opportunity to do a mini work out during your lunch break? Resistance bands are light and great for all kinds of workouts!

What helped me to work out or to walk is to be accountable to a friend. A neighbor and I agree to meet 1 - 2 mornings a week for an hour walk. We each walk about 3 blocks to the agreed upon intersection. It makes me show up!

I used to have the problem about not keeping promises to myself, too. But you know what? Now that I'm keeping promises to myself, like eating right and exercising, I have more energy to do things I want or need to do. I'm learning to treat myself like I treat everyone else......Very Well. ANd I love it. You can too. Make a date with yourself to exercise and keep it, just like you would with everyone else (I never promise myself I'm going to get up early and exercise because I too love my bed). Once you get momentum going and start to feel better you'll probably begin to crave exercise. Good luck.
