Back from vacation.

It was a great time with my family but now back to reality. This is not going to be easy, getting remotivated. I started walking today. Also cut down on my eating, not that I ate that much while I was away but I did eat anything there was. Including sweets. I figure it will take me a week to get in the groove. I signed up for a weight lifting class, 2 days a week, women only, in the local high school, it lasts about 6 weeks. A friend belongs and she is in great shape after the winter classes. Also the trainer doesn't believe in "no pain, no gain". Something I have to learn after having 2 painful experiences in the past few months from not using correct form and not stopping when I had pain. It's good to be back.
