8 Week Battle #5

Well, its Day 4 of the 8 Week Battle #5 and all is going okay. This will be quite a challenge for me as I have trouble with committing to exercise. So far I have exercised 2 days this week, going to the gym twice....I am desperately trying to get at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise in every day.
