I am sharing this at the risk of sounding vain. When I started my Spark journey, I was not particularly fond of my body.After starting a cardio and strength training regimen, I have noticed changes in my physique that make me happy. The weight is coming off, and my body is less round, and becoming more angular. I may not have a "six-pack", but I'm no longer carrying around a "keg". Using the fitness and nutrition trackers have helped me in starting a new and healthy lifestyle!
