totally ashamed.

Thursday, August 06, 2009

I made some whole wheat snickerdoodle cookies really good, low cal about 70 each. WELL.... I kind of ate a lot. I mean.... a lot! emoticon emoticon

Like... 10. I don't know I was just mad at life or something I don't know. But I attacked the cookies. For lunch and dinner I had a healthy minestrone soup I made. So I don't feel bad about lunch or dinner, just those cookies...arrghh..

Oh well, so instead of doing strength training (p90x) I did Zumba to burn more calories. I love zumba! I fee like I'm out with friends dancing! Now I have to take a shower. I stink! emoticon

** In case you are wondering if I take pictures of everything I eat...well the answer is no. lol. I am a member of and I am always trying new recipes so I take pics to upload with the reviews. Plus I like photography...and I don't I have many friends so that means a lot of lonely time at home bored.

**If anyone wants the recipe here is the link! I really recommend this cookie so so good! And completely 100% whole wheat!! :D

Hey now! Great honesty. I think we shouldn't be surprised when we overdo it on certain foods, especially carbs. Your muscles are fully fueled now go break a sweat.
