Week One... August 5th/6th - August 12th

Focus #1 - NO soda. I am a diet soda addict. Diet Coke is my absolute favorite! I drink very little water, and need to make this a top focus area. This week I will focus on limiting my drinks to water, coffee, and Crystal Light.

Focus #2 - Diet. I am going to following the below plan:

Breakfast: Oatmeal, fresh fruit, multi-vitamin & fish oil

AM Snack: Yogurt

Lunch: Soup & Salad, Multivitamin, Fish oil

PM Snack: Raw veggies

Dinner: Black bean burgers (I love them!), veggies, brown rice, eggs, milk

Focus #3 - Do not eat after dinner.

Focus #4 - 300 minutes logged of exercise. This will include my Couch to 5k running program, Snap Fitness, and walking.

I am focused. I am determined. I can do this.
