Whole Foods Disaster

So I went to Whole Foods today, which only served as a reminder as to why you don't go to the grocery store hungry.
Tomatos--organic, and a choice I feel good about!
Carrots--also organic, also a good choice
Soup--several different kinds, but I was a bit suprised at the sodium levels. But its better then what I would order in at the office, so its a step in the right direction. And I checked for low sugar, organic soups. The first one I had was SUPER yummy.
Triscut type crackers--very good, organic, high in fiber, and filling!
7 grain bread with flaxseed
Peanut butter sweetened with agave juice--SO YUMMY!
100% fruit, no sugar added organic rasberry jelly
My big downfall--I bought honey...I thought this was a good choice, but after doing some reading, I might have to rethink that. I guess if I only use it to sweeten my tea occasionally, I will be ok, but I would welcome suggestions for other healthy snacks that don't involve lots of sugar, dairy, or red meat!
