Start Week 3

OK, so my week 2 results weren't as good as I'd hoped. I did lose a pound which is by far much better than gaining. I feel better when I just say I lost 12 pounds in two weeks. I will admit I did eat like a pig over week 2. There is no time like the present. Week 3 begins today. Time the crack the whip and get back at it.

    Just don't give up, I am trying to slowly change my habits. I have eliminated a lot of bad habits, but I am still struggling. I am hoping for progress not perfection. Keep on keeping on! emoticon
