Why does it seem like it takes forever to get motivated??

It seems like it takes me longer and longer to get motivated to eat right. It's so easy just to eat the convenience foods rather than plan and think about what's 'going in'.

The restraunts make it harder too..but I do have to say it seems like they're trying harder to offer healthier choices..like the Kentucky Grilled Chicken (pretty good) and the Wendy's Chicken wings...which ARE fried..but if you chose careful and have a salad instead of fries could be OK...

When I come away from sugar I always feel so much better...but it seems like making a clean break is sooo hard for me...

I know that I have to make a lifetime change of modifying the way I eat...I can't get older and older and have this much weight to carry around. The aging process is bad enough without adding being overweight.

That's why I am asking for my friends to help me be accountable and to look and post comments on my blog, my page, etc.,

And to my buddies that are starting the journey with me.. I will try to be a better accountability partner than I was last time.

Smooches!!

    Pam,
You helped me so much the last time I tried to do this. Can we work together? I need to get back on track too.

I know , it does seem to get harder with all the tempting things out there, but really think, when did you have any fast food that really tasted good anymore. I'm trying to train myself to remember what a good old fashioned tomato sammich tastes like. We used to not even have to have the meat. A pinky is not very big but it can be stronger than any of the other fingers. And 2 pinkies together.... watch out world here we come. Luv ya mot emoticon
