I don't really have alot to write about today. I am still looking over my options for working out ...I don't know why but today I feel heavy ...sluggish even. So I am going to run it out of me. I am determined to make a difference in my life and those around me. I weighted this weekend and this morning against my own advice to ignore the scale.
I now weight more than when I started SP wtf.
So ladies and the few guys who read my blogs ...let me tell you. I am sad, and with broken spirit I am going outside and try to make it through another 30 minutes. I dont care if it takes me an hour I am doing more today then I did Saturday. Saturday was 2.25 miles in 29 minutes.
I feel very defeated right now. I hate the scale. We hates it!

    I love running it out!! The scale is awful, pay attention to how you feel! Keep going with the running and healthy eating and the scale will be forced to move at some point!

    PS I'm right there with you with the anti-scale. I hated it this morning too!

    Same here with that d... scale. I did exactly what you did, just put 1 foot in front of the other and forced myself, at least I am doing Something.
    Have noticed that since Zumba my waist is firmer, really, it is. Even though the scale is my enemy.

    Well! muscle weighs more than fat and you probably have built up some muscle . You could also be retaining fluids, I mean you are drinking more water . So if your going to weigh it's best to do it in the morning before you eat or drink anything.
