having a hard time

I feel like crap right now. I dont feel like exercising and I really want to eat something bad for me.

I Just want to go crawl into bed and sleep untill I dont feel like this anymore.

There isent any reason for me to feel bad, I just do.

    I know exactly how you feel. Just BLAH for no reason. A nap will definitely help you feel better, and keep you from eating junk that you're going to regret later.

    Everyone has crappy days - what matters is what you do with them.

    Try a warm beverage. Maybe a bowl of cereal, I eat the pre-sweetened because the calories are about the same. A piece or 2 of fruit is nice.

    Try taking a nap. Sometimes when the body is tired it calls for junk food when a nap is really all that is in order.

    Is there any chore that you find relaxing? Sometimes I like to iron my linen napkins. Sounds silly but whatever works.

    And if you make some less than desirable decisions, that happens too. You are doing super great - just keep trying.

    Sorry that you are feeling like crap....really glad that you shared that there is no real reason for you to feel that way!!!! We all have those days girl...but it to will pass. Good idea to go sleep it off, but an even better idea is to work it off with exercise. You get two great things for the price of one...burn off some fat and improve your mood girlfriend. It helps me to remember what my goals are at moments like that...to get me over that hump. Sit back and visualize where you are going. See yourself wrapping that regular size towel around yourself that you talked about on your sparkpage. You just got to walk yourself through those crappy moments!!! We all are rooting for you!!!!

    Please do not give up!!! You are so worth it to keep going!!! I wish someone had told me this yesterday...oh well move on. If you need something fattening to eat cut it in half and enjoy the other half the next week or write down on a list about everything that you have accomplished thus far. Also if you gain... so what. At least you know what happened and that you can take it off easily. Set backs are part of the journey.
