10 lb Challenge ~ August (Day 3)

Well, thank goodness for Spark! Because I forgot ALL about the 10 lb challenge when I was going to skip my cardio for the day. I AM going to skip the gym - even though I need to go. It's the day before my birthday, so I'm trying to enjoy it. I'll be going out of town on Thursday, so all my work this week is going to have to be on the floor - pushups (HA! That's funny), situps, running outside.
But today is the eve of my birth and I am going to celebrate with my friends and have a few beers.
Breakfast 300 (bagel & oatmeal!)
Lunch 400 (salad!)
Dinner 500 (sushi!)
Total: 1200 cal + light beer :)
My plan is to jump on the treadmill for 45 mins so I'm keeping that calorie deficit high!
After this week though, I'm going to be a workout machine at the gym!! Gotta get those muscles built.
Hope everyone else is doing something for themselves today :)
