Time for some adjustments

I looked at my report graph thingy and it looks like I'm the same weight I was 7/17 now and I've been sort of plateauing with a lot of little ups and downs pretty much every other day. I guess I can take comfort that I'm not consistently gaining, but it still scares me.

And I know for instance that yesterday I ate very badly.

I've still been stressing very badly and I'm trying to reach out, meditate and exercise away a lot of that stress, but I'm not doing the other thing I need to do and nourishing my body with consistently good for me food.

    I have found the reports to be very helpful. Sometimes you don't realize what is truly going on until you look at them. They can be a big eye opener.
