Plan for August = PAIN

I am in process of sifting through 3 or 4 programs to start. I haven't decided yet but I know I will be starting this week. I plan on 3 days cardio and 3 days strength ...its alot considering I just started this running thing about 3 months ago but I have to do something. I am getting no where with weight loss but I feel better and I actually enjoy (OMG) the time I have to exercise. I am not worrying about anything while I work out just focusing on my task.
It gives me time to reflect on things of the day, my past, and my future while at the same time reminding me of the present.
