Day 2!

Well, last night I drank more than my allotted four beers...I drank seven. That's seven HUNDRED calories. Boy, am I going to pay for that!!

Today's plan:
~ Eat healthy!!
~ Run two miles/walk two miles
~ Weight training day - have to go to the gym

I went to a party last night and met a sweet girl who lives up the street and then met a guy who lives directly across the street from me. What a small world!!

Okay, so what are you going to do to further your goals today????

    It's easy to let those drinks sneak up on you! I try to have a glass of water between drinks, it slows down the pace...don't know if that would work for you.

    Good for you for getting back on your plan, and making goals for the day!
