Update on July's goals

These were my goals for July and I didn't complete one of them. July is always a hectic month because of vacation, but I really don't want to make any excuses. I have put most of them back on my goals for August and I'm hoping I do a lot better with them.
1. Have 1200 fitness minutes
2. Try a spinning class.
3. Do strength training 1 time a week.
4. Log all my food
5. Make good food choices on my vacation
6. lose 5 lbs (my goal is 60lbs by 6/12/2010)
7. Walk at least 20 miles this month.
8. Get to week 3 of the C2K podcast by end of month.
