Revamped my nutrition tracker

Friday, July 31, 2009

Today I revised my categories in my nutrition tracker. I'm going to use blocks of time rather than meal names. (Borrowed this idea from a SparkFriend.) I've been in the habit of staying up very, very late (like 3 AM, 4 AM) and eating later at night. I'm going to work on going to bed earlier, getting more sleep, and not eating late at night.

I wish there was a way to delete the standard meal slots on the nutrition tracker but I'm thankful there is a way to accommodate customized slots.

My new slots are:

Before 10 AM
10 AM to Noon
Noon to 3 PM
3 PM to 6 PM
6 PM to 9 PM
After 9 PM

I like this method emoticon I am glad you figured out how to do it. Thanks for checking on me. My knee has good days and bad days. But I am still working on it.

I created new categories and just need to ignore the breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack categories. I don't see where they can be deleted. So I just have to scroll past them to get to my custom categories.

I agree, there should be 3 meals and 3 snacks .. because that is the optimal way to eat. Hope you can figure out a way to make it work for you ..

I thought there was a way to customize it . . . . . you just click on a button to NOT SHOW the PLANNED MEALS or something like that.

Check it out, you'll probably find it.
