A Little Better Yesterday

I did a little better yesterday. My husband and I went out to eat, and I ordered a spinach cheese calzone. At the time of ordering, I asked for a to go box right away when my food came, so I could put half of it in the box and set it away from me. (I learned this little trick at Weight Watchers). She neglected to do this, so I asked one of the other waiters, and they brought it. So I'm proud of myself for only eating half!

However I was hungry later, and had some ritz crackers with cheese and peanut butter. However, I ate the right amount of calories for maintenane, so I did fine.

It's just that I've been trying to lose this weight for 1.5 years, and I get really sick of dieting and tracking my nutrition. I also haven't been to the gym in over a week. I'm alone with the kids all week since my husband is working days this week. However today I'm going to the Missouri Botanical Garden with a friend, so I'll hopefully get lots of walking in. emoticon
