Heat Warnings Today

It's predicted that Portland may have a record-breaking heat day today. They predict a high of 107 and it's 102 now, at 11 a.m. Today is my cardio day and I hate to skip it, because I'm plateauing right now. I started doing strength training this month at two times a week and cardio three times per week. I used to do cardio 5 times a week and no strength training. I wonder if that's why I'm not losing as fast. I've lost 4 pounds this week and I was hoping to lose at least 8. Oh well, I've got two more days - maybe I can make it 5 for the month.
