A day late posting -

1) Blogging - a day behind
2) No rice, potatoes, or pasta - Had pasta (small serving)
3) Positive thinking - All day
4) Cardio - 20 minutes
5) Fruits and Veggies - Check
6) Lots of Water - Check

I have also been working on getting the right amount of sleep. My DH has finally began being considerate and not coming to bed only to watch TV after 10 pm. It took mea long time to make him understand that I need to get more sleep. Finally, he notices a difference in my mood.
I must admit that it took me a little over a week to get back into the swing of things. I going to stay comitted this time and not let anything get in my way! I can do this.
