Started something new this week...

I have been feeling that I have to do _something_ since I really have not been doing much about me.

So, this week I started by parking in the ground floor of the parking structure, and using the stairs to get to the ground level of the building. That means 5 flights of stairs to conquer each morning!

I am moving slow hitting floor 5, but I am not giving in to the elevator!

Now to figure out where I can track this...
