Saturday I managed to just stay in my calorie range despite 5 shots of tequila (maybe I shouldn't be posting that...). Sunday I was at the low end despite being hungover and cranky, and Monday I was at the low end despite eating chocolate and Doritos! It's amazing. I seriously could never successfully diet before and now it's not a problem to push away half my plate of pasta. I'm very excited.

I missed a cardio day, a strength day and have missed a few days of stretching though, so I'm going to try to get back on track for that. I had a couple of nights without much sleep and I think that was the main factor for that.

Oh, two weeks was my previous record for following a diet. Here's hoping I'll make it past the two week mark on Spark People.
