1) Blogging - Check
2) No rice, potatoes, or pasta - Check
3) Positive thinking - somewhat
4) Cardio - 40 minutes (WOOHOO!)
5) Fruits and Veggies - Check
6) Lots of Water - Check

I really enjoyed my workout this evening. I worked 1/2 a day in order to take DS to the dentist. So, since I didn't make it to the gym for lunch with my DS, I went later this afternoon. I did 20 minutes on the elliptical, then the ab machine and back extensions, and lastly 20 more minutes on the elliptical.
I have learned that running is not my thing at this time. The elliptical is easier on the knees and I can burn more calories on it than on the treadmill.
I have also joined facebook. I will post link on main page soon. Now off to cook supper.
