Day 5 Quit My Job to Lose Weight

Really scale? You really wanna go there with me? Grrr. After I sat there yesterday on a day where I had PLANNED to relax (Sundays) and yet I got on that tread for an hour and this is how you repay me - with a 3 pound GAIN? I didn't even eat 3 pounds of food yesterday. Hmph.

I am ANGRY. My brain knows that logically, it's normal. But my emotions are volatile and saying, "Screw this!" I won't of course. But I'm mad. Back up to 262 when I was 259 yesterday. Still, have to look at the big picture.

    I just started a new challenge to lose 10 lbs in 30 days. It gives you daily challenges and I know it works because I have done it before by myself. The last time I did this I lost 14 lbs.!! So feel free to join my team and do as I do. I can't guarantee that it will work, but if you stick with it, I have no doubts.
    I am struggling with my last few lbs, and I am hoping this will be the kick in the butt I need. So come join me and give some support and I will offer that right back to you. I hope to see ya!

    Yeah my emotions bother me too! But i am soooooo happy you got on that treadmill though!!!! Now thats some determination. i was the opposite. On sunday i wanted to exercise but i figured i should have one day a week that i dont do anything or else i would get discouraged and just tired. SO WAY TO GO FOR A PRODUCTIVE SUNDAY!!! While me and everyone else was sitting around- you were getting it in gear!

    I do hate it when that happens!! Have you tried weighing yourself weekly instead of daily? Everyones weight goes up and down so if you spread out the weigh ins you won't notice the fluctuations so much! I know it's hard for me to wait a week to see if I've lost but sometimes it's better that way because i have something to look forward to at the end of the week! Plus, if you're not watching everyday you won't get upset and we all want a happy you! emoticon
