Week 12 here - 8 weeks to go!

I stayed on track last week and through the weekend, managing not to gain a pound - and to exercise everyday - I am proud! I know this is a long journey - losing the last 10 pounds is the most difficult thing! This week it's back to salads for dinner and no alcohol - that's going to get me to my goal!
