I can't believe it - I'm actually eating within my calorie range. I never thought I could lose weight other than by exercising but by tracking my nutrition, I've really learned a lot and I'm actually not suffering that much keeping my calories down. It's very exciting. I'm lucky to be off work right now, so I have a lot of time to devote to this stuff but hopefully I will be able to get enough of a routine down that I can carry my good habits into work when I start.
I really never thought I would be able to have a 1500 calorie day. When I started this program 2 weeks ago I didn't even think I could have an 1800 calorie day.
