Day 4 of Quitting My Job to Lose Weight

Day 4 and I'm 6 pounds down - back in the 250s baby! Woot!

Oh you see my plate here - I ate all of my black eyed peas (they were pressure cooked) and I ate about 3 small pieces of chicken and 4 bites of rice. Had a TON left over and drank half my Coke.
