New Beginnings

I've been away for awhile. Trying to learn balance and willpower in many areas of my life. I find myself eating something and before you know it... I'm going overboeard and stop exercising. I'm trying to learn how to stay on track even if I eat something I should not eat instead of throwing it all away.
