Almost a week down & I'm finding it easier to incorporate exercise into my life every day! I do the 100 crunches a day challenge as well as the quick fire challenges every day. I like that I'm able to switch it up & only have to do 100 of whatever exercise they give!
My goal for this week is to get more complex carbs in my meals. We eat a lot of beans, but switching to brown rice could be a problem (I really don't like the texture of brown versus jasmine). But, I'm going to find ways to do it!
