Day 6

Almost a week down & I'm finding it easier to incorporate exercise into my life every day! I do the 100 crunches a day challenge as well as the quick fire challenges every day. I like that I'm able to switch it up & only have to do 100 of whatever exercise they give!

My goal for this week is to get more complex carbs in my meals. We eat a lot of beans, but switching to brown rice could be a problem (I really don't like the texture of brown versus jasmine). But, I'm going to find ways to do it!

    There is also Brown Jasmine Rice if you can find it. I personally like it better than the regular Brown Rice.

    Brown rice is a different animal, to be sure. I found I enjoyed the leftovers cold, tossed with chopped vegetables and chopped up tuna or chicken. I'm sure you'll find a way to enjoy it, it may be just a recipe away! ~ Trish
