    I'm so proud of you too. It's amazing that you're doing the running and swimming. I'm sure it does wonders for mixing your body up so you can train different components and not fall into muscle memory.

    I am soooo loving these video blogs of yours! They are great! I feel like I am getting to know you so much better through them! Do you use your webcam on your computer or something else? I think I have to have a go at this!! Hehe! I am so very proud of you for having such a great week. You sound so sorted in your mind with what you are doing and that is awesome!
