Oh that movie is spectacularly, awesomely awful. In a good way.

Hey - don't stress so much. Not every day is going to go 100% perfectly! Have chips or the grapes, start over tomorrow!

First of all- YOU A FREAKING ADORABLE!!

Second, stop with the lime sherbert. Especially if you're going to have more later - just serve yourself 1/2 a cup!! And drink a bunch of water afterward. That's my advice. I know that it's tough to break out of these types of habits, but it sounds like you're BUILDING them instead of breaking them. And, you don't ~really~ want to do that.

Third, I wonder if you got more sleep if that would prevent you from feeling so munchy/cravish... I definitely notice a difference, even if I just go to sleep at 12 am and wake up at 8. For some reason my body doesn't even want extra snacks and stuff. Using the exercise as a stress reliever would probably help too.

The weekend is over. Make this week count! You will fit more comfortably into your clothes and feel more confident.

    Take care! Meerow. Mew.

You're so daft. I think there's something in the air because I've been eating like an idiot for the past 4 days much too the dismay of my scales and Angel Kim. Demon Kim is rejoicing though! BIG STYLE!!! Must do better!

Okay so I have a solution to the Lime sherbert...throw it away and pour washing up liquid on it. No more tempting icy snacks! Also...I'm perplexed...why can't you go on your Nordic when you're waiting for a call? Will the phone not work? Will something explode?! Hmmmmmm strange Hepkitty! Hehe.

Lastly I gotta say that if this is you looking stressed then you're one lucky lady!!! You still look marvellous.

First...I love the video blog! You look fantastic!

Having a bad day is ok, as long as you don't turn it into a bad three weeks like I have. Moderation is my bitter enemy, so I completely understand how you're feeling right now. Some days it just feels so exhausting! Try to remember how accomplished you feel after a good workout and a healthy meal!

Yay I loooooove your video blogs!!! I created one a few days ago and never actually posted it.

I'm soooo tired right nwo! it's 3am and I really should be in bed. I just read a Spark mail from our SD SP page that we are all meeting tomorrow morning (11am) for a yoga class. I really want to go but it's about 25 minutes away and oh yeah, i want to sleep! Tomorrow will be my only day off from work. I'll be working 6 days and i'd love to just stay in bed until 1 or 2. Lazy, I know! Ugh...what do I do????

Well I guess I'm not much help. :( We need to refocus and remember why we're on Spark in the first place. Ugh! I'm diappointed in my actions these past few days. I need to change my ticker cause I've gained about 5 lbs in the past week. Crazy huh. :( Sigh*
