Second, stop with the lime sherbert. Especially if you're going to have more later - just serve yourself 1/2 a cup!! And drink a bunch of water afterward. That's my advice. I know that it's tough to break out of these types of habits, but it sounds like you're BUILDING them instead of breaking them. And, you don't ~really~ want to do that.
Third, I wonder if you got more sleep if that would prevent you from feeling so munchy/cravish... I definitely notice a difference, even if I just go to sleep at 12 am and wake up at 8. For some reason my body doesn't even want extra snacks and stuff. Using the exercise as a stress reliever would probably help too.
The weekend is over. Make this week count! You will fit more comfortably into your clothes and feel more confident.

Okay so I have a solution to the Lime sherbert...throw it away and pour washing up liquid on it. No more tempting icy snacks! Also...I'm perplexed...why can't you go on your Nordic when you're waiting for a call? Will the phone not work? Will something explode?! Hmmmmmm strange Hepkitty! Hehe.

Yay I loooooove your video blogs!!! I created one a few days ago and never actually posted it.
I'm soooo tired right nwo! it's 3am and I really should be in bed. I just read a Spark mail from our SD SP page that we are all meeting tomorrow morning (11am) for a yoga class. I really want to go but it's about 25 minutes away and oh yeah, i want to sleep! Tomorrow will be my only day off from work. I'll be working 6 days and i'd love to just stay in bed until 1 or 2. Lazy, I know! Ugh...what do I do????
Well I guess I'm not much help. :( We need to refocus and remember why we're on Spark in the first place. Ugh! I'm diappointed in my actions these past few days. I need to change my ticker cause I've gained about 5 lbs in the past week. Crazy huh. :( Sigh*
Wow... Issues much on your sherbert? Im just kidding lol. These video blogs are awesome though. It is ok to go off your healthy eating every once in a while... but grapes sound SOOOOOO good.... soooo good.... Im gunna get some yogurt with some blueberries now cause that sounds scrumcious... If I had grapes it would be yogurt and grapes... but I have blueberries and blackberries.... and I have blackberries for breakfast... Anyway.... get off your computer while that lightning storm is going and do your cardio! lol.... sorry Im a bit random - but your blogs make me smile and I get random when Im happy so.... And I had some grubbin prime rib for my Aunts birthday.... Ok - I know it wasnt advice... but Im gunna stop now cause Ill just keep rambling... lol..
