90 day challenge Team

My goals for the next 90 days is to work towards my next mini goal of losing a total of 38 lbs and make a substantial stride towards reaching it, if not even meeting it and to keep up with my activity level, if not even increasing it, once school starts next month. My biggest weight loss goal so far is just the over all change and finding the time to get my work out in and I have issues with sugars. I quite my second job a few months ago and havent taken classes during the summer so I have had some more time on my hands to get some activity in or to have the house cleaned or run errands.
