Hali and I walked 3 times what we had walked when we stopped for the video. 2,627 steps total. I hope you like the blog. I will add one a week, with my determination intact, and my butt out of the chair!!
Wow I got to say I loved the video blog. This is a really cool ability to share.
I used to say stuff like Im a fat girl who doesn't like to move. I've since stopped thinking in self depreciation, even in joke and jest. Now I might say Im a fat chick who's moving to be losing. Its a marvelous wonder how much it increases motivation and my over all willingness.

Checked out both of your blogs. We are so much a like. I am hard on myself and put myself down a lot. We both need to treat ourselves better, physically and emotionally.
