Wieght is still staying the same - need a kick start

It has been a month and my weight is staying the same. I really need a kick start to get myself motivated. I am thinking about trying low-carb (either South Beach or Atkins). I have had a lot of success with low carb in the past.....but got bored with it.
So, I think I'll try 2 weeks and see if that does anything for me.
