It is ok to take baby steps - follow the plan - portion control was my biggest eye opener and knowing what you are putting in your mouth and especially how much. This does work...

It may take a while to learn what you are doing - I am still learning new things and been on her almost a year. Ask questions on the teams threads - we have all been there and have learned. There are no dumb questions - We are all here for you.

You have your basics, start with that and grow from what you learn from there. blog and ask if you are confused with anything and just keep going. You have your friends to lean on, but start with your calories, then run your daily eval when you are done, make sure you get all the carbs, calories and proteins in, I am finding that before I was obviously getting in my calories but failed to get my proteins and carbs in maybe that is why I was plateauing maybe not, not really sure but since I started following the guidelines set by sp i am on week number 2 at losing weight woohoo plus I am getting the calories burned in as sp suggested each week. That is all I can say is go to by what sp suggests for all of that then worry about what is on the site. your sp buddy Katy
