My goals for the next 90 days

I have joined a spark team that is focused on the next 90 days and one of my first assignments to to blog my 90 goals. so here I go:
1. well..this one is probably a given: to lose weight! I would like to lose at least 15 to 20 pounds over this 90 day period.
2. to walk and walk and walk! I have been trying to increase my walking so would like to walk at least 250 to 300 miles.
3. more strength training...right now I am doing 15 min 2 x a week..so would like to up this to at least 20-30 min 3 x a week.
4. healthy eating! journaling/calorie counting my food. and making small improvements in my eating every week to two weeks.
I guess what I want to do is to change my habits...not diet!
