Setting boundaries.

I am going to make a few changes. I have to set these boundaries or else I won't get very far: 1. Blog at least 5x week. 2. No rice, potatoes, or pasta. 3. Positive thinking. 4. Cardio at least 4x week for 20 minutes. 5. Incorporate more fruits and vegetables. 6. Lots of water!
I will hold myself responsible by tracking this through my blog. I figured out why I was eating so much. Kind of crazy, but out of boredom. The last few weekends, all I wanted to do was eat and sleep. I do believe that I got in enough of both. I have to occupy myself better than that and I will. Although, in the time I did take off of SP, I manged to read the other 3 books following Twilight in one week's time. I need to find another book to read and read it while on the treadmill or elliptical.

    Hey, been a while since I've been around, but it's great to see you're still going! Summer boredom kind of tanked me this last week, too- seemed I was too tired to do much other than snack, even though I was sleeping and reading and relaxing more than I have in ages. So much so that I'm actually looking forward to getting back to work and my routine!
