Don't worry too much about sleeping in. Getting enough sleep is really important, and since you go to sleep so late you need sleep! I know what you mean about not talking to anyone about your weight, I'm the same way. Lately I've been trying to change my way of thinking about that though. There is no reason you can't enjoy prague and be responsible while you're there. I can fit beer into my daily calorie range, you just have to be careful about it! Avoid that all or nothing mentality that makes you think a change of circumstance (going to prague or anywhere else) is going to change everything. The rest of your life you want to eat well... that doesn't mean avoiding everything!
