I feel that I've made a big step forward these past 3 days. Yesterday I had a very rought day, and I actually didn't binge over it. This is the grace of God at work. For breakfast, I had a peach, pear slices, and granola. For lunch, I had a salad and 2 1/2 large slices of pepperoni pizza. For supper, I had a fruit smoothie. I only went over my calorie range by less than 100. I'm very proud of myself, and today is going to be a better day.
