the weekend sets me back

The weekend is my problem on Sunday and when i have Sat. off my Husband wants to cook us a meal and some how i end up eating things i should not eat. i have got to get this to change or i will just keep going around in circles.
i also need to work out more i do about 2 days a week and that will get me no where fast. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    NEXT Getting Buffed Challenge starts on August 2nd. Why don't you think about joining us? It might get you motivated to workout more than 2 days a week.

    Many of the GB Team take one day off a week and eat whatever they want. That would work right in with your current schedule.

    BTW - congratulations on your first blog. (they are addictive) :o)
