This weight loss journey is hard

As I reflect on my starting weight in January 2009, I am a little disappointed that the scale is not moving. I took a long look at my daily habits and I realized that I am sabotaging my objective. I work off-shifts and I eat to stay awake, but my selection of food is the judas that keeps the dreaded scale from moving.
Now what do I do about this situation? I am thinking and working out a plan for my success at reaching my goal by 2010. I am determined more than ever to reach this goal. With God on my side, I can only do better.
