What Happened!!!

So I jumped on the scale confident that it would register at least a 2 pound loss. After all, I've been staying within my food count and working out as planned. Yes, I did have those Hershey kisses on the weekend, and the teeny weeny cranberry muffin that I didn't even enjoy, oh, and I can't forget the cranberry bread, that was good - 3 slices of guilt which I offset by having plain wheat bread and tea for dinner. I had to have lost weight, especially since my fuschia blouse fit this morning - the last time it didn't. I stood on the scale and stared in disbelief. I had gained .2 pounds, that's about 3 ounces. How could that be? Oh, I know. It had to be my socks. I am wearing my socks. Next week I'll take them off. Next week I better not have to account for hershey kisses. Next week will be better. Until then, I'll be living life like it's golden and enjoying the weight loss journey. Cheers!!!

    I glad to see you didn't lose your sense of humor!

    I hadn't thought of the sock trick, but I used to like to weigh with my shoes on. That way if I needed a boost one week I'd just take them off before weighing in! lol
