I've been doing well on my healthy living program. I've stayed in my calorie range the past several days, and exercising.

Yesterday, I had eggs with ham and a Fiber One pop tart, chili cup and fries, and then shrimp salad made with fresh veggies and multigrain pasta. I also did a good workout at the gym.

The calorie differential feature is a major new discovery for me; I figured out that I was cheating so often, it was nullifying the days that I did well. I'm going to be using that feature to see how I did for the entire week, since it averages everything out. I can get a better look at the big picture.

I've already had breakfast; now I need to do laundry and pay bills. It is a nice cool day today, which is a real treat in July.
