Eggs for Breakfast

One of my jobs is to make Allie's (my daughter) breakfast. We try to allow her to make some of her own decisions (we will give her two or three choices to pick from)...including what she eats for breakfast (the other meals, she eats what we eat for the most part). This morning she decided she would like to have eggs. Eggs are fun for us because we have her help - she stirs the eggs and will tell you when you need to add a little more milk...it's fun.

I'm hoping that doing stuff like this will encourage her to make decent decisions on what she eats as she's growing up.
