I'm so pround of myself. Last night, I thought I was hungry, and was craving ritz crackers with cheese, even though I was already at the upper limit of my calorie range. I didn't give in, and soon after, the craving stopped, so apparently it wasn't physical hunger.

Today, I'm going to the gym. I need to do some things around the house.

    Jennifer, way to exert your willpower!!!! I think this whole weight issue has more to do with the brain than with the stomach. Much more emotional eating than nutritional.
