My first ever blog

I'm not much of a writer, but I very much need to find a way to stick to my healthy eating and exercise plan. I have a life like a rollercoaster, and I tend to binge eat when stressed.

Last night, at Andrew's party, I binged on the cake and the ice cream. My idea is that next time, after the presents are opened, and after we all have one serving of cake and ice cream, I'll come upstairs and rest for a while, and read, or knit, so that I don't keep eating on the cake and ice cream.

    Or.... calculate your calories through the food tracker so you can fit a small piece of cake and icecream on special occasions.


    There are no NO's in our kitchens, it all just has to fit within our calorie ranges and workout plans.
