I'm holding steady...

at 19 lbs in the last month. I am happy about it, but feel that I could have lost more. I'm learning more and more about the program I'm on, and I'm thinking that I am no longer suited for it or it for me. I'm not a quitter though, and I have decided to begin another program that will be better, easier to stay on, and more cost effective. I'm really excited. I can order my food online, I have to travel an hour once a month, but that's not so bad, and I can actually eat a meal that's not prepackaged. These things, and the fact that I will not be shoveling carbohydrates down my gut like I have for the last few weeks, make me feel like I will be able to get where I'm trying to go. I guess life is about change and twists and turns we don't expect. But regardless of what happens, I know I'm on my way. Thank you again, Cosin, for your encouragement, example, and support. I'm following in your footsteps. I might have to move to

    Congrats on you 19 GONE 4 ever....! I would like to ask what type of plan are going to be using? I'm still trying different things myself. So far, I try to eat a balance diet, kind of high in fibers/low in carbs. Thanks! emoticon
