A little late on my update on my goals for week July 6 through July 12

Here are my goals for the week:

1. Go to Zumba 3 times this week! emoticon

2. Ride bike or walk on days I don't go to Zumba. emoticon

3. Get 350 fitness minutes in this week. emoticon plus some

4. Stay on track everyday with my eating plan. emoticon

5. Watch my Sodium intake (this is the biggie) emoticon emoticon

6. Log all food good or bad! emoticon

7. Write in my journal! I did not do this at all

8. Make the right food choices when going out to eat. emoticon all except once and even then I ate only 3 wings and about 10 FF (not to bad for me)

9. Stay on track everyday until July 17, 2009 (I leave for vacation that day). emoticon

10. Try and get 5 grams of fiber. (I'm starting small) emoticon

I did lose 2 lbs this week, so following my goals really did help!

Since I didn't write new goals for this week (July 13-July 16) I used these goals to follow. I'm going to write a separate blog for my vacation goals!
