I have came up with a new rewards list

250-wrist band for my Ipod (for when I work out at the gym)
230- Nike Ipod attachment
215- Exercise video
199- massage/trip to the spa
180- get new hair style
165- buy a bathing suit
150-donate clothes that don't fit/shopping spree

    I've promised myself I'm going to take up fencing if I ever get below 225.

    Your list is great, but you should plan for little rewards along the way. Every 10 pounds, treat yourself to something small. Keep it up!

    ATR, you are smart for coming up with a rewards list. Keep that motivation high! I have to tell you, though, that you will be donating clothes that don't fit well before you hit that 150 mark. :) I love it when I can take things out of my closet and hand them off to someone else! "Sorry, can't wear this anymore! It's just way too baggy!" I love it!!
